Problems become more expensive by the time they reach the actual owners.

In HOPE Method deals, everyone works at some level. Beginners observe, assist, and learn. Mid-journey investors operate and manage. Anchor Investors oversee and decide. Direct involvement in management, tenant communication, and decision-making builds competence, confidence, and real understanding of how the system functions.
